As an experienced Master Certified Coach (MCC), I am dedicated to guiding you through the journey to coaching mastery. With years of experience mentoring coaches at all levels, I understand the rigorous standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and what it takes to succeed at the PCC or MCC level.


My mission is to create a supportive, growth-oriented environment where you can refine your skills, deepen your coaching presence, and confidently navigate the PCC or MCC credentialing process. Together, we’ll work to elevate your practice to the pinnacle of coaching excellence.

As an experienced Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I am dedicated to supporting coaches as they refine their practice and prepare for the rigor of PCC or MCC credentialing. With a background in psychology and over 15 years of experience in leadership development, Human Resources, and coach training, I bring a deep understanding of both human behaviour and the standards required to demonstrate coaching mastery.

My mission is to create a trustworthy, challenging, and supportive mentor coaching environment where coaches can deepen their presence, strengthen their alignment with ICF competencies, and approach the credentialing process with clarity and confidence. Together, we focus on building assessment-ready coaching grounded in values, maturity, and the human capabilities that drive meaningful and sustainable impact.My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! This program provides the required 10 hours of mentor coaching, including:

  • 7 hours of group mentor coaching.
  • 3 hours of individual mentor coaching for personalized feedback.


Format: Virtual, via Zoom for convenience and accessibility.

Cohort Size: Limited to 10 participants to ensure a personalized and interactive experience.

Duration: Spanning 3 months of cohort learning, with 3 additional months for one-on-one integration with the mentor coach.


 To join the cohort, applicants must:

  • Current ACC or PCC credential with the intention to apply for the PCC or MCC credential. 


 Participants are required to:

  1. Complete 10 mentor coaching hours (7 group + 3 individual).
  2. Submit 3 recorded coaching sessions (20–40 minutes each).
  3. Actively engage in program sessions and activities.

Optional (Highly Recommended) Commitments:

  • Self-study to deepen understanding of PCC or MCC competencies.
  • Intentional coaching practice to refine skills.
  • Review personal coaching recordings for reflection and growth.
  • Integrate mentor feedback into daily coaching practice. 


The PCC and MCC Mentor Coaching Program stands out for its:
