This program is an elite offering designed for experienced coaches aiming to achieve the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. It provides participants with the mentorship, tools, and guidance needed to demonstrate the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies at the mastery level. The program is led by a seasoned MCC mentor and emphasizes fluidity, artistry, and precision in coaching.

Yes! This program provides the required 10 hours of mentor coaching, including:

• 7 hours of group mentor coaching.
• 3 hours of individual mentor coaching for personalized feedback.

Participants can expect:

• A pre-program coaching demonstration review to ensure readiness for MCC-level development.
• Submission of 3 coaching recordings, with detailed written and verbal feedback      on two.
• Advanced discussions on MCC-level distinctions, focusing on nuanced mastery behaviors.
• Access to a curated library of MCC coaching demonstrations and prep materials.

Format: Virtual, via Zoom for convenience and accessibility.

Cohort Size: Limited to 7 participants to ensure a personalized and interactive experience.

Duration: Spanning 3 months of cohort learning, with an optional 3 additional months for one-on-one integration with the mentor coach.

 To join the cohort, applicants must:

• Demonstrate familiarity with ICF Core Competencies and PCC-level experience.
• Submit a recorded coaching session for evaluation.
• Complete an admission interview to align goals with the program’s focus on MCC-level coaching.

 Participants are required to:

1. Complete 10 mentor coaching hours (7 group + 3 individual).
2. Submit 3 recorded coaching sessions (20–40 minutes each).
3. Actively engage in program sessions and activities.

Optional (Highly Recommended) Commitments:

• Self-study to deepen understanding of MCC competencies.
• Intentional coaching practice to refine skills.
• Review personal coaching recordings for reflection and growth.
• Integrate mentor feedback into daily coaching practice.
